IMACC FTIRS

IMACC Designs and Develops FTIR ( Fourier Transform Infrared ) Gas Monitoring Equipment for detecting chemical compounds in Industrial Environments. FTIR is a reliable, accurate and cost effective method of acquiring concentrations.

Products & Services

Extractive Monitoring
Closed Cell configuration is used to detect gaseous chemical compounds that are pumped into the cell.  The cell can be configured from 10m to 150m increasing the accuracy of the device.

 
Base Unit

Open Path Monitoring
Open Path Telescope based unit can act as a monitoring fence for up to 300 meters.  This distance can be increased by additional units.

The system can be configured in a variety of ways to enclose or border any structure.

Software
The IMACC Software Suite is a state of the art FTIR control and monitoring package. This FTIR control software package is designed to be configurable, modular and extendable. The IMACC Software Suite comes packaged with each system.

Software Suite Contains The Following:
  • IMACC FTIR Control and Data Server
  • IMACC FTIR Scripting Engine and Editor
  • IMACC Quantization Method Development Tool
  • IMACC Configurable FTIR Monitor UI
  • IMACC Synthetic Io Background Tool

The IMACC Software Suite's Script Editor allows for development of FTIR individual control scripts dependent on the process that is to be monitored. These scripts not only control the FTIR but can open and close valves and measure temperature and pressure. The Script Editor's scripting components are extendable. End users or IMACC can develop new components to meet the needs of a particular process. 

The IMACC Software Suite's Monitor allows for development of the FTIR monitoring control panel. This is a configurable User Interface that can be altered to display only what you wish to be shown. The monitoring software displays and logs concentration data. The data is recorded the units embedded / external computer.

IO Modules are available to integrate data and alarms to external systems.

IO Modules:

  • 4 to 20mA
  • Modbus. Integrating data and alarms to external systems.
